1. Eligibility : The "Adelphia Bowl Blitz " Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes" ) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S Virgin Islands), who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry . Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Adelphia Classic Cable, ("Sponsor"), Wolfe-Doyle advertising, Cohen-Friedberg Associates ("CFA") and their respective parents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members (parent, grandparent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and household members of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to win.

2. How to enter : To enter, complete the official entry form located at the Adelphia promotion site http://adelphiabowlblitz.com (the "Website" ). You will be asked to register and to answer a couple of multiple choice questions. You may also enter by mailing your name, complete mailing address (including zip code), telephone number, email address (if applicable), and date of birth to, "Adelphia Bowl Blitz " SWEEPSTAKES PO Box 2253, Framingham, MA 01703-2253. The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:01 AM (EST) on Monday, 11/21/05 (EXCEPT the state of Florida where the promotion begins on Monday, 11/28/05 ), and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on Tuesday, 12/13/05 (the "Promotion Period" ). All online entries must be received by 11:59PM ET on Tuesday, 12/13/05 and all mail in entries must be mailed to be received no later than 12/12/05. The Website's clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR PER EMAIL ADDRESS . Multiple entries will be disqualified. Any mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, postage due mail, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant.

3. Winner Selection : Winners will be chosen via a random drawing to be conducted on or about 12/15/05 by "CFA", an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final and binding as they pertain to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified via email, mail or express delivery whichever is appropriate. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prizes : Only the type and number of prizes listed below will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.

(2) Two GRAND PRIZES: TRIP FOR TWO (2) TO THREE COLLEGE BOWL GAMES : The three (3) College Bowl Games are as follows:

· Monday, January 2, 2006 In Atlanta Georgia (8:00 PM kick Off)

· Tuesday, January 3, 2006 In Miami, Florida (8:00 PM Kick Off)

· Wednesday, January 4, 2006 In Pasadena, California (8:00 PM Kick Off)

PRIZE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

· Round Trip (Coach Class) Air from winners nearest major airport

· Two (2) nights (double occupancy) Hotel

· Two (2) tickets to each of the Bowl games selected by the winner.

· Round Trip transfers airport to hotel

· Round Trip transfers hotel to Bowl Game

Approximate Retail Value of each prize package $4,400

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes $8,800

Prize Note: The value of each prize may vary based on departure date and location of departure. Winner and guest must depart and return on the same flights on the same days. All travel is based on availability of flights and hotel space. All travel will be arranged by the Sponsors designated travel supplier. Travel must take place on the schedule to be provided by the sponsor. No prize will be replaced once in the hands of the winner. Expenses not specifically listed above become the sole obligation of the winner. Winner and guest are responsible for providing current airline required identification in order to travel.

Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions including selected Bowl game as necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control. If the prize or prize notification is returned as declined, unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Prize is non-transferable by winner. No substitution or transfer of prize or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor. Winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Potential winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and where legal a Publicity Release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents". If a winner fails to return the executed Prize Claim Forms within seven (7) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Notices : Prize winner will be notified within approximately seven (7) days after drawing date. If a selected potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, cannot be located or reached, has provided an incorrect e-mail or mailing address, is determined to be ineligible, declines or fails to claim the prize, such participant will forfeit his or her opportunity to receive a prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, Wolfe-Doyle Advertising, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies to use winner's name, voice and likeness, and the right to use and publish their entries, proper name, and state online and in print, or any other media for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. General Conditions : By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants (a) agree to abide and be bound by the terms of these "Official Rules" and by the decisions of the independent judging organization (CFA) which are final and legally binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes, and (b) acknowledges that any named College Bowl in this promotion are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes, and is not responsible for and shall have no liability with respect to or in any way arising out of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation any injury, loss or liability of any kind with respect to or resulting from the development and execution of the Sweepstakes the use or misuse of any prize, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize packages are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. By entering, participants release and hold Sponsor, Wolfe-Doyle Advertising., CFA, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Promotion Entities" ) harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. Each entrant waives the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items once in the winner's possession.

7. Privacy: By entering into the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to Adelphia's use of his or her personal information as described in the Website's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern. The personal information collected during the Promotion may be shared with other Sweepstakes-related parties identified on the Website entry page. Adelphia is not responsible for their use of your information collected during the Promotion.

8. Conduct : By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Website during the Promotion Period. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, Adelphia RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitations of Liability: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the promotion. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor may select winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event giving rise to the termination.

By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

9. Winners List or Rules : The name of the prize winners may be obtained after 12/19/2005 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Winners "Adelphia Bowl Blitz " Sweepstakes, PO Box 2242, Framingham, MA 01703-2242.
