Promotion starts on Wednesday, September 15, 2004 at 12:01 AM (E.T.) and ends on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at 11:59 PM (E.T.). Attach to your submission, a separate piece of paper, clearly printing your name, complete address, full birth date and telephone number and mail to the JOLLY TIME Redemption Center. IMPORTANT: Please retain a photocopy, for your records, of any game submission mailed to the Redemption Center address for verification. It is recommended that you send potential winning game piece via Registered or Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after verification to receive your prize. Prize(s) will be sent via mail or express service whichever is appropriate.
All JOLLY TIME Microwave Pop Corn coupon offers/prize claims must be redeemed/received by December 31, 2005. Any claims received by mail or at participating stores selling JOLLY TIME Microwave Pop Corn products after December 31, 2005 will not be honored and shall become null and void.
4) NOTICES: Potential major prize winners will have ten (10) days from receipt of notification to claim his/her prize by completing, signing and returning the prize Affidavit of Eligibility Release, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release forms. Upon the judging agency's receipt and verification of such completed documents, the selected participant shall be deemed a "Winner." Should any selected participant fail to return the completed documents in the specified time period, an alternative participant will be selected. Non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if a selected participant cannot be located or reached, has provided an incorrect mailing address, is determined to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavits and Releases, as required, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from valid Second Chance drawing entries. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, and without further notice, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
5) SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: If specified prizes from the prize pool remain unclaimed and not awarded, a random drawing will be conducted to award remaining prizes. 6) CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to assume all responsibility for the submission of potential winning game sticker to the JOLLY TIME Redemption Center, or the Online Verification request form, whichever is appropriate. Prizes will not be awarded if potential winning game stickers or coupon offers are submitted in a manner inconsistent with the instructions contained in these Official Rules. All game elements, codes and online game play are subject to verification by COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding as they pertain to this game. Game materials are automatically null and void and will be rejected if prize claim submissions are lost, stolen, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, do not contain printer's markings or have been tampered with in any way or postage-due mail of any kind. Prize claimant may wish to obtain mail insurance. Game materials submitted become the property of American Pop Corn Company and will not be returned. 7) ELIGIBILITY: Participation open only to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands) who are 18 years or older. The following are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: Employees of American Pop Corn Company, Buena Vista Home Entertainment, promotional partners, and its respective affiliates and subsidiaries, its participating retail stores, its advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective employees, Individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this game; Persons who are immediate family of, dependents of (as defined by IRS regulations), or who live in the same household as any person in any of the above categories. No prizes will be awarded to anyone under 18 years of age.
8) VERIFICATION and LIABILITY: Instant Win Game stickers and coupon offers are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized legitimate channels; or if illegible, mutilated, torn, altered, counterfeit, photo copied, mechanically reproduced, tampered with in any way, miscut, blank or partially blank, misregistered, if they contain typographical, mechanical, printing, production or other errors; or if game piece fails any validation test. Liability for the issuance of a game sticker or offer containing printing or other errors, if any, is limited to the replacement with an empty game package from random stock of game packaging while supplies last. Antifraud detection devices will be used to verify winners. No more than the advertised number of prizes or coupon offers in each prize category will be awarded. In the event the number of winning submissions received is greater than the number of prizes or offers provided for in these Official Rules, only the number of prizes indicated will be awarded based on a random drawing of all such submissions received at that prize/offer level. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner(s) may be required to provide COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, with proof that the potential winner(s) is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. 12) ENGLISH LANGUAGE: This Promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Iowa in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Iowa. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Iowa and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Iowa.
